For a busy mind that needs some time out invite Jacky Howarth to offer a meditation and yoga class to your group or as a one on one session. Whether you are new to yoga and meditation or have your own practice, the private class can be tailored to suit your group. We start with a introduction to mindfulness, follow by some breath awareness and gentle yoga stretch, a delicious chai break and conclude with a calm abiding meditation and the how toos so you can practice mindfulness and the yoga sequence in your daily life.

Jackys Yoga Studio is based in Narrawallee and offers 5 and 8 week courses along with daily yoga practice. The studio has a seasonal schedule that you can find on instagram or facebook and offers classes across yoga and meditation.
