Bega

Bega is a town in the south-east of New South Wales, Australia, in the Bega Valley Shire. It is the economic centre for the Bega Valley. With green hills and pastures this is a town known for its famous Bega Cheese.  Some places to visit is the town itself with its restored buildings taking you on a trip to how it use to be. Picnic on the banks of Bega River or grab a kayak and enjoy Brogo Dam.  Galleries and quirky shops make this a town to enjoy.  The Bega Valley Regional Gallery is a definite must and finish the day enjoying the views at the Bega Lookout
