About

Soul Clay Studios is a boutique teaching studio located in the seaside town of Gerringong on the South Coast of NSW, Australia.

The studio is open to visitors by appointment to view pottery making in action, or for a creative workshop. The one-off pottery workshops cater to all levels of ability and are perfect for anyone who has always wanted to try the pottery wheel. Group bookings of up to 15 people available for hen's parties, birthdays or corporate groups. Please note the studio only offers classes for adults.

The ceramic pieces you create will be glazed and fired in the studio and serve as a wonderful reminder of your South Coast pottery experience for years to come. The pieces will be fully functional, in other words, YES, they can be used for food and drink.

Host

Zeynep Testoni is a small batch ceramic artist and experienced teacher. She believes that clay has a way of tapping into the core of who we are – essentially we're all just 'big kids wanting to play in the mud'. Zeynep found her 'soul clay' after attending a pottery class after work and has now left her day job to create a thriving community of pottery creatives here on the South Coast since 2017. Her one-off workshops and weekly sessions provide the perfect opportunity to CENTRE, CREATE, CONNECT with your soul clay.
