I would like to invite you to experience a little of this potential alchemy. A josfulness sound journey is full of sounds , moving from one to the next , to the next. Bring cosy blanket , a crystals to soak up the vibrations and shine light on any shadows for liberation. (I recommend an obsidian or black tourmaline and a clear quartz - trust your self) The moments of disharmony in sound are supposed to shake the uncomfortable to the surface, to witness and hold close for transformation. The moments of harmony, soothing to the nervous system to ground us back into stillness (for when are we in total silence really?) I look forward to sharing space with you.
