Put some South in your Mouth – Meet the Brewers

Excited to launch the first in the series of events celebrating local, south coast NSW producers and suppliers to the Drom. The Drom Tilba are kicking off this series with "Meet the Brewers" event in collaboration with Stoic Brewing Co. Founders and operators of family owned south coast brewery Steve and Andrew Prosser will present a selection of 6 delicious Stoic Brewing craft beers, imagined and created at their brewery in Gerringong NSW. Drom chef Mike will be serving Deep South - inspired house-smoked brisket, kranksy sausage links and pork ribsm charred corn on the cob and homemade cornbread and 'slaw served with his own signature Jack Daniels Bourbon BBQ sauce. Enterainment will be provided by Captain Ablit and the Bluetrassh perfoming bluegrass and country covers.
