About

Learn to make sausages in our on farm butchery and kitchen! Join us on the farm where Ian and Rhys will show you the basics of sausage making using our pastured raise, heritage breed pork. Over 4 hours you will learn about the correct cuts of meat for sausage production, spice selection, mincing, filling and hand tying of sausages. This is a hands on class and you will be making sausages from start to finish, you will be able to sample your creation with a sausage sizzle for lunch and a glass of local wine or beer, and you will take home the sausages you make on the day.
