This small group guided tour is a unique and special experience with Head Brewer Jono where he will walk and talk you through the brewing process from grain to glass in and amongst the vats and machinery. You will hear the story of Stoic, how we first started in Steve’s garage, and how we have progressed to operating a 5000L a week 100% family owned microbrewery on the beautiful South Coast where we grew up. As well as learning about how beer is produced, you will discover how we achieve different flavours and beer styles and how we package our beer into kegs and cans with the machinery onsite.
