Series Three, Autumn 2023 Join us to celebrate the Autumn season with a fine dining experience at The Headland crafted by world-renowned Chef Alex Prichard. Hosted by Dovecote, tour-through-taste canapes and five courses of the best produce on the South Coast and Southern Highlands of NSW all served with complementing cocktails, beer and wine.
Alex Prichard is the celebrated Head Chef of iconic Iceberg’s Dining Room & Bar. At the young age of 15 Alex left his home town of Kurrajong NSW to start an apprenticeship and work with some of the best chefs in the world. Alex is passionate about native produce and celebrating small producers.
