Time for some buzzing bee holiday fun! Burnetts on Barney, Barney St Kiama. NSW . A unique Bee Experience that will have your children buzzing for days…. Bring the kids along to our 1.5 hour engaging and educational workshop which will open young minds up to the importance of bees. The kids will visit an actual live beehive onsite at Burnetts on Barney’s own Apiary, fully protected in their own bee suit and gloves. They will also learn about pollination, nectar, bee life cycles, how bees make honey, and how we can’t survive without them. And of course, they will get to taste some honey straight from one of Burnett’s hives. Ideal for primary kids aged 5 – 12 years. Parents / carers also welcome to join in with children under 5yrs.
