A beautiful morning has been designed by Boutique Yoga in their wonderful space in Gerringong:- Morning meditation, hatha/flow blend deep tissue stretch & restorative postures Coffee & breakfast by Mindful Treats. Followed by an educational talk and finished with Yoga Nidra - guided relaxation/meditation. How good is that!
