Four Winds welcomes the Australian String Quartet to the Windsong Pavilion on 25 November. ‘’A diverse array of sonorous string sounds - inviting listeners on a journey to reflect and connect’’ - Four Winds. Artistic & Creative Director Matthew Hoy The Australian String Quartet (ASQ) has created unforgettable string quartet performances for audiences around the world since 1985. The ASQ is Dale Barltrop (violin), Francesca Hiew (violin), Christopher Cartlidge (viola) and Michael Dahlenburg (cello). The evening will showcase one of the nation’s renowned string quartets, performing a diverse and dynamic range of repertoire that conveys the potency of chamber music of today when in their hands.
