A 2 day workshop on Charcuterie at Martins Ridge Farm in Conjola. We process a whole pig over 2 days and learn basic butchery, identify different cuts of pork, and make a variety of smallgoods. Breakfast and lunch is included on both days. This is a great add on to a getaway if you have an interest in butchery and sustainable farming.
