Shellharbour

Centred around a small recreational harbor Shellharbour Village the coastline is littered with 9 shipwrecks and other historical sites holding Aboriginal archaeological evidence. There are two beaches, Shellharbour Beach and Shellharbour South Beach which runs toward Bass Point. A village filled with eateries and shops it’s a lovely half day to explore and perhaps do some fishing at the harbour. A morning at The Farm in Killalea State Park and an afternoon of fishing are only two of the many activities around this area of the south coast. Scuba Diving or Snorkeling at Bushrangers Bay is the regions only aquatic reserve at Bass Point. To entertain yourselves check out Roo Theatre or a film at the Greater Union Complex near by.
