Mem Davis is a university-qualified naturopath and nutritionist. More importantly, she's a foodie who knows that if it tastes good, it's more likely to get eaten! Mem learned to cook the hard way, so her classes are designed to make food preparation easy and enjoyable. Food and socialising go hand-in-hand and Mem cooked up the idea of Memorable Meals following periods of isolation during the Covid years. Now, friends and colleagues can create gastronomic goodness together, followed by a social feast.
