Chez Dominique is a farm to table experience. Bringing their ideal Bistro into the comfort of your stay. A private chef service dedicated to high quality, sustainable food, specialising in dinner parties between 6 and 20 guests and showcasing the finest local produce from the Eurobodalla region. The chefs offer a surprise menu, “Carte blanche” in French, where you trust the chefs and their creativity to choose and cook what is best on offer from the local farms. The cuisine is authentic and non-fussy, inspired by French and Italian tradition: old fashioned in a good way. Produce inspired and vegetables focused, their food is hearty as well as healthy. Homemade terrine, fresh pasta, sourdough bread, vegetables from local farms, beautiful pastries etc. A great way to enhance your stay.
