Sinclairs of Berry is a luxury farmhouse located in the South Coast village of historic Berry. Our secluded two-storey farmhouse and luxury cottage are set on charming 2 acre farm right in the very heart of Berry. Our farmhouse has 8 boutique bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and accommodates 18 adults in pure comfort and style. Each of our 8 guest bedrooms have private ensuites and have been individually designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Decorated with carefully selected antique furniture, vintage botanical artworks, and colouful heritage fabrics. We have plenty of outdoor spaces to entertain. Gather together in the courtyard for an evening by the fire pit. Enjoy breakfast by the creek under the shade of the She Oaks, or a luncheon in the terraced rose and lavender gardens.
